Today on Fox and Friends, Sarah Sanders had a brief moment of honesty when she admitted why Trump might want Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein gone — to end the special counsel\u2019s probe into himself and his campaign.<\/p>\n

Steve Doocy: \u201cOne of president’s attorneys, Jay Sekulow, said yesterday that if Rosenstein leaves, essentially the Mueller probably should be put on pause for a little while to go ahead and take a review, step back, and just see where we are in the stage.\u201d

Sarah Sanders: \u201cI would probably go a step further. I think the Mueller probe should end.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yesterday, Trump\u2019s lawyer, Jay Sekulow, called for a delay in the Mueller probe if Rosenstein is dismissed or resigns.<\/p>\n
