Now, Trump continues his sabotage by chipping away at the requirements for Affordable Care Act waivers in order to let states expand plan offerings that do not include these and other vital protections. No matter what they say, it is clear that Trump and Republicans won\u2019t protect people with pre-existing conditions from insurers that otherwise would refuse to cover them or would charge them more.
