This latest rule change would lead to fewer allegations being considered sexual assault and could cause even more trauma by requiring that representatives of students accused of sexual harassment be allowed to cross-examine survivors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cOver the past two years, the Trump administration has delivered one devastating blow after another to women and victims of sexual misconduct.
