See below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palmbeachpost.com\/opinion\/20181128\/editorial-federal-climate-report-should-be-call-to-action-for-florida-to-meet-sea-level-rise-threat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Palm Beach Post<\/a>: \u201cBy rejecting the reality of climate change, the president is putting all of America \u2013 all the world, really \u2013 in unnecessary danger. The same goes for other leading Republicans who maintain that taking steps to curb greenhouse gas emissions \u2013 with, say, a carbon tax \u2013 will harm our economy (Read: fossil-fuel industries). If that\u2019s our government\u2019s unshakable position, we\u2019re in trouble.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimaherald.com\/opinion\/editorial-dire-climate-report-forecasts-hard-times-for-yakima-valley\/article_0056cb48-f295-11e8-ace2-bb584525ebe4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yakima Herald<\/a>: \u201cHere, according to a scientific consensus, is the gist about what awaits our state should climate change continue unabated: fires in the forest, spread of disease, droughts in parched fields, floods on the coast, salmon die-offs, closed ski resorts, smoky summer (and fall) skies. Think the drought year of 2015. Every. Single. Year. Yes, it\u2019s that severe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"http:\/\/www2.philly.com\/philly\/opinion\/editorials\/climate-change-costs-trump-environment-editorial-20181129.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Philadelphia Inquirer<\/a>: \u201cBut President Trump announced this week that he just doesn&#8217;t believe his own administration&#8217;s report. That&#8217;s as practical as not believing in gravity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wvgazettemail.com\/opinion\/gazette_opinion\/editorial\/gazette-editorial-warnings-of-climate-change-can-t-be-ignored\/article_d0a1038a-ecc4-5da8-b6c6-eb94d1f82955.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Charleston Gazette-Mail<\/a>: \u201cThe country can already see the effects of a warming climate caused by industrialization. Record precipitation means ravaging floods. Tropical storms growing in number and strength continue to pummel the coastal areas while wildfires the likes of which have never been seen devour swaths of land in the West. These things are costing Americans their homes and their lives in the present. It\u2019s already here, and it\u2019s only going to get worse the more government and industry officials refuse to take action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.app.com\/story\/opinion\/editorials\/2018\/11\/28\/climate-change-warnings-national-climate-assessment-trump\/2137577002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Asbury Park Press<\/a>: \u201cTrump\u2019s combination of power and ignorance is a genuine danger to the planet. So when federal agencies under his own administration conclude the negative effects of climate change are here and increasing, Trump will be loath to admit any of it. Hence, the Black Friday news dump.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NEW-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/opinion\/editorials\/editorial-dire-warning-for-florida-on-climate-20181128\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tampa Bay Times<\/a>: \u201cStates and some communities are taking action because there\u2019s no leadership on this issue in Washington, D.C., or Florida. The Tampa Bay Regional Resiliency Coalition is one of many bringing together scores of local governments to find ways to cope with climate change. But that\u2019s an uphill battle when President Donald Trump dismisses the findings of his own administration\u2019s report, and when Florida\u2019s outgoing governor, Rick Scott, questions whether climate change exists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/opinion\/editorials\/article222232835.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Miami Herald<\/a>: \u201cAs the state\u2019s newly elected governor, DeSantis shouldn\u2019t remain silent for long. On Friday, less than a month after his narrow victory over Andrew Gillum, 13 U.S. government agencies released an unsettling major scientific report that warns of grim economic consequences if nothing is done to curb global warming \u2014 a report President Trump is downplaying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/opinion\/editorials\/ct-edit-climate-change-report-trump-20181126-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chicago Tribune<\/a>: \u201cYet the report argues persuasively that Trump would get burned by his own thinking in the long run: The economy will decline if temperatures continue to rise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/opinion\/editorials\/article\/On-climate-change-White-House-denies-itself-13423294.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">San Francisco Chronicle<\/a>: \u201cThe Trump administration\u2019s war on reality has entered a new phase of absolute and simultaneous self-contradiction. More than a million Colorado residents now live in areas threatened by wildfires created or worsened by climate change. The livelihoods of millions of rural Colorado residents who make their living in agriculture are at risk as drought and severe weather threaten cattle and farming operations alike.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesunion.com\/opinion\/article\/Editorial-A-grave-climate-warning-13423476.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Times Union<\/a>: \u201cThe problem is that decision-makers like Mr. Trump and many Republicans in Congress have long denied the reality of human-influenced climate change, and have refused to work to shift the country to more sustainable energy sources or participate in international efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2018\/11\/26\/opinion\/trump-win-environment-montreal-protocol.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Times<\/a>: \u201cThe president shrugged it off \u2014 \u2018I don\u2019t believe it,\u2019 he said Monday \u2014 as he has all previous studies on climate change, even as his administration pursues policies that will in all likelihood make the problem worse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/our-climate-reality-will-catch-up-to-us-no-matter-how-hard-trump-tries-to-bury-the-evidence\/2018\/11\/26\/9250d57c-f1c1-11e8-80d0-f7e1948d55f4_story.html?noredirect=on&amp;utm_term=.ae32622bc869\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington Post<\/a>: \u201cThe report was released the day after Thanksgiving \u2014 when many people were distracted \u2014 probably because it contradicts practically everything President Trump has said and done on global warming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohio.com\/opinion\/20181125\/beacon-journalohiocom-editorial-board-warned-again-about-climate-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Akron Beacon Journal<\/a>: \u201cHard to miss in the second volume of the assessment is the forecast for Ohio and nearby states without more aggressive efforts to slow emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. The region steadily will be warmer, wetter and more humid. A crucial part of the regional economy, farming will be hit hard, in the form of such things as pests and crop disease, the health of livestock and yields at risk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marshallindependent.com\/opinion\/editorials\/2018\/11\/we-cant-afford-to-ignore-climate-change-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marshall Independent<\/a>: \u201cBut right here in southwest Minnesota, can we afford to completely ignore the report\u2019s findings? If the scientists are even close to their predictions, the nation\u2019s farm belt is likely to be among the hardest-hit regions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.com\/opinion\/index.ssf\/2018\/11\/now_trump_doesnt_believe_his_own_scientists_on_cli.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Star-Ledger<\/a>: \u201cWhile Trump thinks he&#8217;s saving international trade, the federal government&#8217;s top scientists say doing nothing on climate change will make us less competitive in industries like agriculture and tourism, yielding fewer crops and visitors to the shore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northjersey.com\/story\/opinion\/editorials\/2018\/11\/27\/editorial-climate-change-report-cannot-ignored\/2119111002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">North Jersey<\/a>: \u201cTrump\u2019s combination of power and ignorance is a genuine danger to the planet. It will be a costly tragedy, one felt in many human and economic ways, if the United States waits until it is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guampdn.com\/story\/opinion\/editorials\/2018\/11\/26\/we-all-have-role-reducing-carbon-emissions-our-view\/2111795002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pacific Daily News<\/a>: \u201cClimate change, the 1,600-page report stated, is not about some hypothetical threat in the distant future.
