Yesterday, RFK Jr. was found guilty of using a \u201c<\/em>sham<\/em><\/a>\u201d address to claim residency in New York and gain ballot access for his spoiler campaign. As a result, the judge has ruled that RFK Jr. is not eligible to appear on the New York ballot. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RFK Jr.\u2019s legal woes are far from over. Next week, in a challenge brought together by the DNC, RFK Jr.\u2019s campaign will stand trial for obtaining <\/em>ballot petition signatures in New York through misrepresentation and deceit<\/em><\/a>. Despite knowing the signature gathering operation defrauded voters and violated state law, RFK Jr.\u2019s campaign submitted the petitions to the state board. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
