As Republicans prepare to go on April recess \u2013 after voting to give the green light to cutting lifeline programs like Medicaid in order to fund permanent tax handouts to the ultra-wealthy \u2013 the DNC, DCCC, and ASDC are launching a second round of the \u201cPeople\u2019s Town Hall\u201d campaign in key target districts to hold Republicans accountable for refusing to meet their constituents face-to-face at town halls. Across the country, voters are furious and demanding answers, but Republicans continue to run and hide. Here\u2019s the bottom line: If Republicans won\u2019t meet their constituents, Democrats will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past three weeks alone, alongside the support of state parties nationwide, the DNC, DSCC, and ASDC successfully hosted 71<\/strong> People\u2019s Town Halls in 35<\/strong> states.
