With his chaotic and unaffordable economic policy, Trump has sent home prices up \u2014 with the median sale price hitting a record high. Instead of making it easier to get by and working to lower costs, Trump is pushing the American dream out of reach for millions. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe median sale price hit a record $396,500 <\/strong>for the four weeks ending June 15, or a 1% increase from a year earlier,<\/strong> according to a Friday report from Redfin. \u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAmericans are increasingly finding themselves squeezed out of the housing market,<\/strong> as mortgage rates remain high and the inventory of affordable homes remains low. As a result, the dream of home ownership, which is a meaningful way to build wealth, is becoming more distant for large swaths of the population.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump\u2019s chaotic and unaffordable economic agenda is driving the housing market into a ditch. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bloomberg<\/a>: \u201cUS Homebuilder Sentiment Drops to Lowest Level Since End of 2022\u201d  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cConfidence among US homebuilders fell in June to the lowest level since December 2022,<\/strong> with potential buyers deterred by high mortgage rates and anxiety about tariffs and the economy. \u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGauges of traffic of prospective buyers and expected sales over the next six months are both at the weakest point in more than a year<\/strong>, NAHB data show. \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBuilders anticipate that President Donald Trump\u2019s tariff policies could boost construction costs by almost $11,000 a home, <\/strong>based on a previous NAHB survey.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
