Tonight, Donald Trump\u2019s biggest loyalists are gathering to plot<\/a> their cover-up of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. After Trump\u2019s administration redacted his name<\/a> from the Epstein files and offered favors <\/a>to Epstein\u2019s Chief Accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, while she covers<\/a> for him, Trump and his cronies are desperately attempting to hide the truth from the American people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response, <\/em>DNC Rapid Response Director Kendall Witmer released the following statement: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re witnessing a government cover-up in real time: Donald Trump\u2019s cronies \u2014 led by Vice President J.D. Vance \u2014 are gathering behind closed doors tonight to try to clean up this massive scandal. But unfortunately for Trump, the American people aren\u2019t falling for his lies. Trump will stop at nothing to protect himself and his circle of rich and powerful elites \u2014 even at the expense of their victims. Despite his attempts to change the conversation or bury the evidence, this scandal isn\u2019t going away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s remember how we got here. Trump \u2014 who called for the release of Epstein files \u2014  has failed to release the files and now claims they are fake. Two days after Epstein\u2019s accomplice and convicted sex trafficker, Ghislaine Maxwell, met with a senior Justice Department official who was Trump\u2019s criminal defense lawyer, she was quietly moved to a \u201cless restrictive\u201d<\/a> facility. <\/em>Trump also refused<\/a> to rule out a pardon for Maxwell \u2014 and continues to claim he has the \u201cpower\u201d to grant her freedom. Now \u2014 with her potential pardon on the line \u2014 Maxwell is conveniently claiming<\/a> that Trump never did anything wrong.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the news of the meeting came out, the family of Virginia Giuffre slammed<\/a> the Trump administration for shutting out the survivors of Epstein and Maxwell\u2019s heinous crimes and continuing to protect these convicted sex traffickers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vance is now trying to cover Trump\u2019s tracks<\/a> \u2014 but Vance can\u2019t hide the fact that he promised to release the Epstein Files<\/a> too.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It appears that Trump is in the business of helping sex offenders. This meeting comes shortly after Diddy\u2019s team confirmed that they are in talks with Trump officials about a pardon<\/a> for his prostitution-related offenses too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
