The increasing turmoil and disarray in the White House has Trump&rsquo;s supporters shaken and the Republican Party&rsquo;s agenda stalled. His threats to end such payments have&nbsp;<strong>contributed to&nbsp;instability&nbsp;on the individual insurance market.<\/strong>&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/transcripts.cnn.com\/TRANSCRIPTS\/1707\/30\/fzgps.01.html\">Fareed Zakaria<\/a><\/strong>: &#8220;There is the sheer shock at what is going on, the bizarre candidacy of Donald Trump, which has been followed by an <strong>utterly chaotic presidency.
