Jared Polis, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos struggled to answer basic questions, did not know that transgender students are protected by rulings in <em>W<\/em>hitaker v. Kenosha&nbsp;and Glenn v. Brumby and said that the Department of Education would not uphold circuit court rulings protecting transgender students without a mandate from Congress or the Supreme Court.
