Trump has repeatedly claimed the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, and said he would appoint justices to the Supreme Court who would strike it down. A vote for anyone on Trump’s short list would be a vote to gut the ACA. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trump said his judicial appointments would rule against the Affordable Care Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump said the Affordable Care Act was “not legal” and “clearly unconstitutional.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Trump administration asked a federal court to rule critical pieces of the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump repeatedly attacked Justice Roberts for upholding the Affordable Care Act.<\/span><\/p>\n
