While thousands of Americans across the country marched in opposition to Trump’s family separation policy, editorial boards have joined the growing chorus calling for the administration to end its cruel policies and find a clear path to reuniting families. Democrats know that #FamiliesBelongTogether and we demand that the Trump administration reunite separated families, end their policy of indefinite family detention, and bring an end to the manufactured crisis at the border. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“Confusion continues to reign since Trump backed down. <\/span>At one point, the Border Patrol said prosecutions of adults illegally crossing the border with children have been suspended, while the Justice Department said no such thing had happened.” <\/span><\/p>\n
