pick, Judge Kavanaugh, is a threat to the Affordable Care Act and a threat to women&rsquo;s health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_4972724157281891334gmail-docs-internal-guid-667f8363-ae85-8df3-01bc-babc2edb0e24\">Now, we know Kavanaugh is a threat to our system of checks and balances.&nbsp; Kavanaugh believes the president is above the law &#8211; especially dangerous considering President Trump believes the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_4972724157281891334gmail-docs-internal-guid-667f8363-ae85-8df3-01bc-babc2edb0e24\">Kavanaugh has expressed disturbing views of presidential power and would fail to be an independent check on Trump. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_4972724157281891334gmail-docs-internal-guid-667f8363-ae85-8df3-01bc-babc2edb0e24\">Kavanaugh believes that Trump <\/span><a data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/public\/resources\/documents\/2018_0628_kavanaugh_1998_president_independent_counsel.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1532023091625000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG5qnEgwRBVb1wW5TNYBiQfZmx5mA\" href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/public\/resources\/documents\/2018_0628_kavanaugh_1998_president_independent_counsel.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cannot<\/a> be indicted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_4972724157281891334gmail-docs-internal-guid-667f8363-ae85-8df3-01bc-babc2edb0e24\">Kavanaugh said he wanted to &#8220;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2018\/07\/18\/politics\/brett-kavanaugh-independent-counsel-comments\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">put the final nail<\/a>&#8221; in a Supreme Court ruling upholding the constitutionality of creating an independent counsel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_4972724157281891334gmail-docs-internal-guid-667f8363-ae85-8df3-01bc-babc2edb0e24\">Kavanaugh believes Trump should be able to <\/span><a
