For the almost 4,400 Arkansans who are currently facing hardship, they now have to worry about how they&rsquo;re going to pay for their next doctor&rsquo;s visit. Hutchinson&rsquo;s decision to implement Trump-backed work requirements sets a devastating precedent. No one should ever be denied health care. Democrats believe health care is a right and not just for those who can afford it.
